You have a manuscript. A document that you want to be perfect. A document without typos, spelling errors, or grammatical goofs.

The problem is--you have already put too much work into this thing. You are tired of looking at it. The thought of trying to edit it makes you bleary-eyed.

You need some fresh eyes. Someone who can not only verify that you "got it right", but who can also improve your words. Make them more effective. More powerful.

I can proofread your document to ensure that there are no typos or misspellings.

I can also do a more comprehensive "substantial edit" in which I review the document for organization, logic lapses, word effectiveness, and audience targeting.

I can work on it in three different ways:

--You can send the document to me by email as an attached MS-Word file. Then I work on it using the MS-Word Tracking feature. After which I send the edited document back to you by email.

--You can send the document to me by email and I print the document out for a hard-copy (manual) edit. I then send the hardcopy marked document to you by U.S. Postal Mail for your review and incorporation.

--You can send a hardcopy copy of your document (DO NOT SEND AN ORIGINAL!) to me. I then make the necessary editing and markup on that hardcopy, which I send back to you by U.S. Postal Mail for your incorporation.
